Rich Snowdon co-founded the Child Assault Prevention Training Center, which led the effort to bring abuse prevention programs to over four million children in California schools. He is now a Life Coach, certified by the Coaches Training Institute, and is a coach in CompassPoint's Executive Coaching Project. He helps current leaders and aspiring leaders to stop sacrificing themselves and start taking care of themselves, which makes them much more effective at taking care of business.
