| Cartoon Transcript: Panel 1: A meeting room. Facilitator says, "Let's brainstorm ideas for improving our intake process." One participant says, "The process needs to be shortened." Other one says, "Simplifying our intake form would help." Panel 2: A caped superhero with a big eye on his costume appears. Facilitator says, "Gasp -- look - it's Big Vision Man!" Big Vision Man says, "Wait! You can't improve the intake process until you write a new mission statement and develop a strategic plan!" Panel 4: Big Vision Man: "Oh no - I'ts Itsy Bitsy Detail Woman!" A tiny caped superhero, flying through the air, she says, "You're on the wrong track, Big Vision Man! They need to correct typos on pages 9 and 12, rephrase question 10, change the font to Arial, buy black pens..." Panel 4: Both superheroes disappear -- PFFT! Participant 1 says: "Wow - they cancelled each other out!" Participant 2 says: "Where's Conflict Resolution Girl when you need her?" | |
