Nancy Ragey, most recently Vice President for Programs and Donor Relations at Community Foundation Silicon Valley, has joined the staff of CompassPoint Nonprofit Services, a regional consulting & training firm for nonprofit organizations. She will be consulting to nonprofits in CEO transition, mergers, strategic planning, and fundraising.

While at Community Foundation Silicon Valley, Nancy Ragey was responsible for all donor relations activities encompassing support to 500 supporting foundations, donor-advised, corporate-advised and unrestricted endowed funds. In her fundraising role she secured in excess of $7 million for the Foundation in 2002-03. She created and implemented a new structure that integrated community knowledge with donor resources, and was instrumental in the development of the strategic plan.

Prior to her work at the Community Foundation, Nancy Ragey served as Development Director for Foundation for the Future, and for Theatre Works, a highly-regarded Peninsula theatre company. She currently serves on the board of the Dirk and Charlene Kabcenell Foundation.
